Consultation & Supervision

Consultation & Supervision

Every therapist—no matter how seasoned—benefits from ongoing consultation, reflection, and professional support. At Greater Heights Behavioral Health, our consultation services are designed to strengthen clinical judgment, deepen therapeutic presence, and enhance the quality of care provided to clients. We offer a thoughtful, collaborative space where clinicians can explore cases, refine their skills, and receive guidance grounded in decades of diverse clinical experience.

Our Team

Our team brings a wide range of backgrounds to the consultation process, including psychodynamic approaches, play therapy, anger resolution, juvenile offenders, psychological assessment, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma-informed care, and complex family systems work. This breadth allows us to support clinicians across many specialties and levels of experience.

Clinical Consultation

Our consultation services are tailored to the needs of practicing clinicians seeking support in any of the following areas:

  • Case formulation and treatment planning
Explore clinical dynamics, diagnostic considerations, and therapeutic direction with a seasoned consultant.

  • Ethical decision-making and professional boundaries
Receive guidance on navigating complex or sensitive situations with clarity and integrity.

  • Specialty-specific consultation
Access support in areas such as trauma, mood disorders, relational work, child and adolescent treatment, and high-acuity presentations.

  • Professional development and practice growth
Discuss career direction, private practice development, and long-term professional goals.

  • Business or organizational consultation
Receive guidance on program development, team dynamics, workflow, or clinical leadership within agencies or group practices.

Consultation sessions are collaborative, reflective, and grounded in both clinical theory and real-world experience. Our goal is to help clinicians feel supported, confident, and equipped to provide the highest standard of care.

Supervision for Clinicians in Training

We offer supervision for graduate level trainees and pre-licensure clinicians seeking high quality, relationally attuned guidance. Because supervision slots are limited, early inquiry is encouraged.

Supervision includes:

  • Development of core clinical skills
Strengthen your ability to attune, conceptualize, intervene, and maintain therapeutic presence.

  • Support across treatment modalities
Christopher Jenkin is licensed to supervise individual, group, and couples therapy, with additional training in specialty approaches such as biofeedback and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

  • Integration of theory and practice
Learn to apply psychodynamic, relational, trauma-informed, and systems based frameworks to real clinical work.

  • Ethics, documentation, and professional identity
Build confidence in the practical and ethical foundations of the profession.

  • A supportive, growthoriented environment
Supervision is a space to ask questions, explore challenges, and develop your unique therapeutic voice.
